Villa H

Villa H is a small-scale private residence with a design that is simple yet mindful of every detail. To accomodate a separate apartment in each of its floors, the garden was divided between the basement level and the ground floor, enabling their respective flats to have equal access to an open outdoor garden. The design of the first floor apartment also took integration with the outdoors into consideration by adding a small courtyard that fills its inner spaces with natural light and ventilation. The courtyard creates an enclave on the roof level bringing greenery to the sitting areas and shaded terraces at the top. Villa H’s exterior displays accentuated masses that alternate between natural stone, a clay-colored vibrant paint, modern white paint and glass surfaces.
