Villa S. M.

This project included the delivery of detailed drawings for the building’s skin construction. The project was challenging given the chosen classic style for façade design. Delivered plans and wall sections showed every detail from the construction of the masonry work, structural system, and artificial stone cladding relations with the mounting steel chassets. The deliverables included details with scale 1:5 to show special profiles such as those present at the columns bases and crowns. The project was completed in collaboration with Al-Rashoud, the primary consultants.
