Hawally Office Building

Hawally Trade Center is a commercial and business hub at the center of Kuwait City. Located at the intersection of two of its main roads, it overlooks a public green area from one side and low-rise educational facilities on the other, hence promising to be one of the city’s visible landmarks. Nest Architects accordingly designed the building to express a unique language. By using sun-breaking louvers and white cladding tiles, the tower has respected climatic conditions while allowing the different floors to have open views of the city. Our design team has also chosen to distribute the permissible built-up area on more floors, creating terraces and outdoor facilities at each recess of the building’s accentuated masses.
